Ini tantangan terbaru...
Awalnya seneng bgt liat foto2 kue yg dicover ganache chocolate..
Kelihatannya classic dan mewah... meskipun kue di dlmnya sederhana...
So... dlm rangka menyambut valentine..
Saya coba men test "cake covered by ganache"
Oh ya.. read step2 nya di judul post saya yg lain ya... sayangnya belum ada pic.. nanti kl saya bikin si ganache lg.. i will picture it...
So this is my cocholate ganache 1st trial (i hate the swirl i made... its not fit the decoration)
